We were wiring the Roush fog lights and decided it would be easier to remove the panel below the steering column but we were unable to get it out. We removed the 2 screws but the thing seems to be wedged in. Didnt want to break it trying to get it out. Anyone taken this out? IF so how?

And, is the only way to change the fog lights to remove the entire front fascia and grill???
