M-2301-D fits pedal size: 3-1/4'' wide top, 2-1/2'' wide bottom, 1-5/8'' high

No they won't. The brake/clutch pedals will, but the accelerator pedal is completely different. Believe me...I ordered them and had to return them.

thank you so much I love these pedals on my Mach and really wanted them when i get an 05
