Ok - so this morning I started installing my Pioneer head unit and XM tuner. Everything went fine until it came to the dimmer wire. I had read this thread which says you can tap a blue/yellow wire off of the hazzard light harness:

Problem is, I don't see a blue/yellow wire! I tried a blue/light orange wire thinking that it might be it, but it doesn't do anything. Is it possible the wire color changed on the '07's?

Well I finally completed the corrected dimmer wire install on the new deck. I used the yellow with white stripe wire that attaches to the back of the info/setup/reset buttons to the left of the power outlet above the radio. This wire evidently sends power to LED's on these buttons.

So once and for all splice into the yellow with white stripe wire behind the info/setup/reset buttons on the center stack. You will splice in with the illumination wire from your aftermarket harness or new deck.

That actually helps me out a lot. I need to hook up the dimmer wire for my Power Acoustik nav/dvd unit. I have an '06 and didn't have a blue/yellow wire anywhere. I'll look for the yellow/white wire, it should be there.
