I am a machinist and I will tell you what you are looking for is a sign or engraving shop to produce the image in the link on to a piece of aluminum or SS.

That's what I figured, just thought I would throw it out there. I know a lot of guys do things like this on the side and I don't mind helping the little guy thanks for your feedback!
