I ordered this plug from them, called to place order and they told me they had a new one for the 05 GT. I got it yesterday and since they don't have it pictured on the website figured I would share a photo.
One comment it's a very tight fit, so not the easiest to pull in and out of the socket.

That's a nice one! He's not kidding about the tight fit either. My eject button came in last week and I thought I was gonna have to hammer it in. I tried to pull it out and thought the whole dash was gonna come out with it. The website is mgwltd.com. Don't know how to make a linky, sorry. These things are nice quality and inexpensive(I think it was $20 plus shipping).

I got the running pony one too, and it looks and fits perfect. I ordered the one with the chrome trim rather that the all polished one, and it looks great with the chrome trim rings around the vents. The front is brushed and the difference is very subtle, but I love it. I also ordered the door pins and coat hanger kit and all look very nice. They have high quality stuff and I can't wait for more items for the 05's.

has all the info there. If you want the new one I got you have to call them though since you can't do it online. I was originally going to just go with the old GT, but when I called they asked me what my car was and when I said 05 they said "do you want the new one" they described it and I said sure. I'm happy with it. So give em a call and let them know you want the 2005 GT one if you want the one like mine

Here ya go

Sticks out some, but looks decent from any human viewable angle I think. I got the camera as close to the side as I could.

I can't tell exactly, but I think ours sits a little closer to the dash. It looks very flush, like it was meant to be there. BTW, dekujala, I love that new GT style, does the plug blend well with the IUP? Is your's the lighter or the power point plug only.

Its the power plug only. Yea it looks well with the IUP. The photo is deceiving IMO, probably because I used macro mode for closups. I tried to get the camera as close to the side as possible which makes it look like it sits out further. Realistically when looking at it or feeling it its basically just the head thats out of the dash, the gap behind the head is minimal probably a few milimeters. I did have some friends pulling on it, so maybe it is not in all the way too, but it looks good in either case

Mine was VERY tight also.... Just put a little WD40 on the rubbr "O" rings and it'll fit just fine...
