I'm stuck. Been thinking about the Ford OEM Bullitt ****, but I really like yours George. I LOVE the fact that the ball is mated to the shaft, since I can't see wanting to change it. But.... I REALLY want the 5speed etching on there (preferably with the MGW on the side or something) in black.

Any chances you'll consider doing this in the future (please please please!!!)?
I'm definitely going with an MGW shifter in a month or two (actually this is a mod I cannot wait to do!), so I'd like to buy them both at the same time if I could.

Nice shifters. I like mine, simple stock brushed alum. While making mod's to the interior has any one come across a better style of ash tray? Yes I know smoking is bad and it will damage the inside of my baby not mention the inside of me, but if I had a proper ashtray like would be better. One other item I'm looking for is more storage for the little things like a cell phone, any ideas please.

 

i absolutely love the MGW short-shifter... it's most definitely just awesome!!! i got mine last xmas and of course, 'twas indeed a great holiday season for moi! ... i'm now looking to get the composite race ****:

Did you install the shifter yourself? I was wondering how difficult of an install it is.
