Is here any way to install a Hurst-like taller handle and **** on the stock shifter?

I'm not ready to do a whole shifter swap but I really like the tall 8" handle and I am not a fan of the stock ****. In fact I have already installed a MGW gripper **** but it doesn't help the height issue.

 

maybe a steeda shifter will help since it is a bit taller but i would say wait for MGW i know they made an extension for the 99-04 and maybe they will make one for the 05+

 

Thanks, originally when I was looking at the MGW gripper they teased me with a pic of a taller one but it was only available for previous models.

It's been a while, I should e-mail them again.
