No... the closest you can get is a faded yellow (doesn't look great). You also can't get close to the bright white the gauges display in when the lights are off (i'm really not sure why either... it's a sweet color too).

It's not just that it's faded.. it's as if the blue setting is too strong by 2 notches. Notice you can't get a regular red in MyColor (only pink which is really red with some blue in it). I became frustrated with it a no longer try for unique colors.. I just switch around with the pre-programmed ones. Huge fan of blue!

the blue does rock.

I have wondered about that for a while now... it seems that MyColor is only good for greens, blues, purples, and a pink color. Can't seem to get any satisfactory reds or yellows.
WHY IS THAT????????
I alternate between green, purple, and a kind of bastage white color (that looks purplish).

Anyone ever mess with it while the car is running? There is a great Red to be found there.

I created a color chart also. The brightest yellow I could get was 541 or 551. As for red, the most pure color is 511.
To create the chart, you can create custom font colors and assign a value of to each color (R, G, B) Since the mustang only has values from 1-5, you need to devide 0xff hex by 5. This gives you a value of 33.
Hence the color to hex conversion is as follows:
1 = 33
2 = 66
3 = 99
4 = CC
5 = ff
Here is a link to my chart http://www.cherod.com/mustang/Docs/myColor.HTM
