I think the 2010 stang has some interior door emblems. Anyone know on how to get a set of those? I tried e-bay but no luck.

Any sugestions?

Try-http://johnsmustang.com/Catalog/1000/ That's where I got mine. I used the flat one. Its just the right size. I had to remove the pins and add 3M tape.

I bought the scot drake ones. They are replica replacements for the 67 I believe. They have pins behind them. They look beautifully made, I might cut the pins off and put them on with the 3m tape, however im not sure how well it will stick to the perforated stuff.

What I would really love to do is actually buy some real black perforated leather and recover the perforated portion then drill the holes and actually hard mount these on.

I have no idea where to get real perforated leather though. Most places keep caring vinyl. I am sick and tired of vinyl and plastic. I have the shift boot converted, the arm rest and the parking brake cover. Now to find some more leather to convert some of the other panels to real leather. Maybe I should start a new thread for this....

Awesome looking door. Where did you get the satin panel?

Thanks for the compliment! I went for the retro look and have added various items from past Mustangs only. Nothing has been added that was not standard or an option on Mustangs of the past.
These panels are from California Mustang http://www.calmuscleparts.com/store/...ITS-C3088.aspx. They are not metal but have an aluminum look. I opted for these because they come with the panels for the rear seat side panels.
You can get stainless steel panels from Moss Mustang http://www.mossmuscle.com/Shop/ViewP...eIndexID=54514 but I thought they looked too large and do not come with the rear panels.

I see you bought the glove box emblems
If you put those on your doors then that would mean your ponies
are facing the wrong direction on one door since they are not right and left
designated like the fender emblems are...

So you have one horse facing one way on a door and the other horse facing the other way correct? Why not get the fender badges that way the horses
would be facing the same direction on each door?

Good point. I did originally used the fender emblems but they looked too big. The smaller ones fit better. As far as the direction goes, it didn't really bother me. Maybe the ones from the '10 will work? For now I will keep what I have.

I wonder if I could use 3M tape and stick it to the leather.
I really dont want to spend the cash on the insert.
I have already spent a bunch on mods this month.

Yes! I used the 3M tape when I had the larger emblems without the panel. It worked fine on the vinyl.
