Installed Subs - Now AC/Heat Controls are Dead

I helped my 17 year old add 12" massive subs to his 07v6. Sounds great, but now the heat/AC controls are dead. I don't see what fuse applies to the AC/Heat consol control system. Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds to me that the cable that plugs into the controls isn't completely snug. I had the same thing happen. It looks connected, but it's off a little which prevents the control ***** from working.

Did you take off the center panel to expose the unit ? If so then it does sound like you didn't get the wire harness plugged back in completely. I've done that and if you pull just the driver side panel off you can get to the harness and make sure it's snug ...

+3, I just had that happen to me. It was the drivers side cable that plugged into the fan speed switch, just completely disconnected.

Yeah I agree with everyone else, those connectors can be a real b*tch to get reconnected properly. I never had the controls not work because I could tell it wasn't connected quite right when the clamp levers didn't seem to tighten down right
