How do u remove the headrest?

I know that you have to pull them all the way up but do you have to push the button in to get them off. I tryed to pull them off and cant get them off.

There's a small hole at the base of each headrest. With the headrest in the full up position, push into the hole with a paper clip or something similar and pull up on the headrest.
