How did Roush get this look for the wheel emblem?
Is it just painted silver over the stock cap? Looks good and I would like to try it if I could figure out what they did.

I too would love to have the 2010 center cap on the my 06 steering wheel! If anyone finds it's possible, let us know!
It was asked for a few times in KC's 2010 retro fit thread here. I think at the time KC said you couldn't get the cap separate but would keep looking (I think a few follow up posts were lost in the forum crash). Another dude said that you would have to buy the whole airbag assembly. Not sure on the cost there but more exepnsive than I'm willing to pay for a cap.
As for the cap removal, it's held on by little tabs as seen in this post here. But you'd probably have to glue it back on since there's not good way to bend the tabs back into place once removed.
