Since you gals both have yellow 05's without IUP I am wondering what you think about this mod:

You probably already saw the aftermarket dashboard panels that Woodview Automotive sells. Flight96 found out they also sell these parts seperate, so you can order only the 4 horizontal parts that pretty well replicate the IUP look.

I noticed on the Woodview site that they offer a wide variety of finishes, from aluminum and carbon fiber to various types of wood and... unfinished abs. Now I keep wondering how a set of those painted in screaming yellow would look on your cars.

It wouldn't be terribly expensive either. The 4 panels are only $120 and to that you would only have the cost of getting them painted...

 

Not sure from the red pic on the website..........kinda loud for me. I'm kinda digging the black and silver alone. Just enough color not to blind me on a sunny day.

 

I do kinda like the flames though.....

I think the kits are heinous and in my opinion the interior without IUP is perfect for screaming yellow. Here's a picture of my interior....

Custom embroidery and mats by Designer Mats. I'm finally done with the little things in the interior that make me happy. I put in the mats, door sill inserts and custom embroidery on seat belt pads.

They don't sell directly to the public. Just do a search for custom floor mats. Don't get Lloyd mats. They said the word "Pony" is covered by copyright. BUT, only 3 weeks after I ordered them!
