The radio unit you got is too old to be satellite radio compatible. You need to use a unit that is satellite ready in order for the 'aux' feature to work.

yeah I wanna do that, i needs to do that. Especially since it will prevent me from buying an AVIC and ruining my plans to get a supercharger soon!
