After waiting months for the new Avic f900bt to come out, I am met with terrible reviews. REALLY BAD! So... because of California's new hands free law, I start looking for alternatives. I pick up the NEW Jawbone 2. It is a piece of fecal matter. I return it within 24 hours. I start looking into the external nav/bluetooth options and find that the Garmin Nuvi gets top marks from pretty much everyone. Crutchfield tells me I have to go with the new 880 to get what I want. But, just before I fork over the plastic, I decide to go to COSTCO and low and behold the 680 seems to do everything for only 349.00.

I fully expect it to be a disappointment. I AM WRONG! What a great unit. For the money it's an 11. Bluetooth is amazingly clear, more so than holding the phone to my head. The nav is SMOKIN, with so many points of interest I find myself parked and playing with it even in my own town, I've found things I would have otherwise missed! HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY.
