Believe it or not you can probably find what you are looking for at Walmart of all places. Last time I was there I saw a fair amount of Ford floor mats. If we have them at Walmart north of the 49 parallel then you should have them in the USA.
Better yet, if you go to www.autoanything.com you can order floor mats to your specification..

Nichole, I found this site today. It would be worth a call to them to see if they could embroider a yellow pony for you.

Why not use an embroidery shop and go totally custom? You can find one through anyplace that sells team jackets. They can take a computer file and they translate it in the color(s) you want. {I don't know what format} You would probably want to provide the base color mats and cost could go up if you get crazy, but it probably would be worth the comments!

sounds like a plan using an embroidery shop to custom fabricate some to your liking. Personalizing with a pony in the middle and your name above it and the word mustang below would be very sweet....

Special equipment to do floor mats....
Custon designs start at about $100 and go up.....
They had catalogs of downloadable designs for a small fee; for me, didn't find anything interesting......
The PONY is licensed by FORD and therefore the guys I spoke with won't touch it; license fee is prohibitive unless doing volume.
Still looking.....
