Seems like shotty work with the wiring. Aren't there some clamps that would make for a more professional and stable job? Why go through all this trouble and jeopardize your mustang just to put your key in the ignition, twist it to on, and then push the engine start button instead of turning the key all the way?

If I went through all this trouble I would go ahead and install a true touch start ignition system with key detection.
