Dear All,
recently I noticed that the button for the backsupport balloon is not working (I am not even sure that they call it like this.)
I hear the small engine which blows it....but nothing happens.
What should I check?
Thanks in advance !

I don't think these have a balloon, but it's more like a rod that gets moved about...
I broke mine and it makes gear teeth 'missing' grinding noise. I don't care though, as I don't use lumbar anyway. I think someone 'set' it for me and after resetting it it permanently is 'down.'
In any case, if it's making noise, that's good-ish, but it still means you're taking the back off to get to it.
