To each his own, but it's a little too over the top for me.

My advice would be to wait until you see yours in person (or another with IUP, if you haven't already), and then decide.

the IUP dash panels have a subtle horizontal pattern in them, that I haven't seen on the aftermarket inserts yet.

Wow, that's a whole lot of metal. A bit too much for me.

I agree, a bit much, but that just my opinion. I think the IUP looks really good.

You don't have to use all the parts in the aftermarket kit. Do it to your liking.

I actually don't mind that. Don't think I would do it on my own, but does look pretty good.

There are some good threads on this in the interior mods section. I believe if you order from the right vendor, you don't have to get the entire kit, you can buy just the pieces you want. Good luck and Welcome!

Thats right. The company is called Woodview. If you go to the interior forum http://forums.bradbarnett.net/index.php?showtopic=11105 there are many threads on these. I did mine myself, its VERY easy to do.

The shift ball I am not happy with. The chrome is flaking already. So I am on the lookout for a better quality ****. As far as where to get the interior pieces, see Flight96' post above.

IUP looks just right, any addition makes it tacky imo. Plus the amount of blinding when the sun is in your back will make it pretty annoying.

I think the aftermarket aluminum trim around the radio looks really good - except the smooth brushed finish doesn't match the horizontal lines in the IUP trim.

I'd say to go with either IUP or the aftermarket trim, but not both!

For anyone not happy with the issue of having two different styles, you could always just put the paftermarket pieces over the iup pieces. Then everything would match.
