Custom Leather shift boot-with pony ball
I'm disappointed to hear that there is not a parchment leather match. I was gonna order a shift boot and armrest cover. This along with dash trim will nearly eliminate the black in the car so that it's a satin nickel/parchment color.
However, it sounds like there is not a match for medium parchment. Can you guys find one?

It does go over the handle. We introduced it because we think it looks awesome when it's integrated with the boot!
Can you send some pics? I'm sure we're all interested how it turns out!

Hmm ... don't have the car at the moment. But I will say, I don't think I am going to like this flap over the shifter handle.

But it's up to you. If you want to replace it, no problem!

Bryan, I took a quick pic this morning after installing the new auto shift boot with the leather handle flap. It's a little blurry, but at least it's something until I get home tonight and can take some more.
I think it is definitely different. I'm going to leave it for a week or two and see if it grows on me. If not, I'll put the old one on, which I really like. The leather around the handle is NOT tight, and I was going to e-mail Maciek about that. Maciek... you need to make the flap about an inch (or more) shorter. I can measure it for you so that future boots will be tight there. If I do decide to keep it, I'll just sew or glue another piece of velcro to make it tight. I may even cut an inch of the flap off and sew it, depending on how it looks.
But I still haven't made up my mind on the flap. I wish I was smart enough to know how to cut off the handle to put a shift **** there and wire the two buttons to the ****.

If I have the cloth interior, but wanted the e brake and arm rest cover in the black with yellow stiching...how would that look?
I have the black lather inserts on the doors, cause it came with the IUP package, so I think the leather would all flow together....just wondering...thanks guys/gals!
Please give me your HONEST opinion......

I will wait on the automatic shift boot. I ordered the e brake and the armrest cover in black leather ( to match my door inserts) with the yellow thread..........cant wait to see how they look.
How long is the delviery usually. I told them I needed them by June 22nd for an out of town car show............I hope they arrive in time...?

I was thinking BLACK leather with yellow.............what do you think?
How hard is it "really" to put the e brake boot on? I hesitate to take the whole console apart.....thanks!!

If you look at my post:

I ordered Black leather with Beige thread (Since the top part of the console is black, I think the black leather matches quite well), I think yellow would look great and match your yellow paint!
Installing the E-Brake boot isn't that hard, you have to remove 2 screws from the console, and lift up the centre console very carefully (there's 4 clips). Just make sure you pull up the E-brake up as FAR as it'll come or the console won't come out.
I also had to cut some extra slits in the boot (I put the boot over the plastic nibs. and used a new/sharp ex-acto knife).
I ended up using 3/8" x 6 sheet metal screws (7 of them) with thick washers. And I was set.
It's really not that hard.
If you get the arm-rest, unscrew it from the console first, it'll look 100 times better.
