I'm getting ready to swap my LEDs out for red but I want to be sure I have enough bulbs to actually do this how many. LEDs are in the gauge? Is there plexy glass? Any info would help before I rip my ? apart

 

Good luck. I hope you're familiar with SMC board work. The whole cluster comes apart easy enough the only tricky bit might be getting the needles back in the proper position when you're done. But soldering those tiny little LEDs on is not for the inexperienced.

This is a 2010 slightly different than yours.

 

These are the controls I finished yesterday the only thing is I'm not sure if I need to order more smts I have aprox 40 I think I'll need maybe 50
