bullitt shifter ball installed on 05 stang

I have a bullitt shifter **** installed on my 05 GT. A freind of mine detailed the shifter H pattern and numbers painted

is that an 08 ****, or an 01. just wondering since i want to get an 08 ****, cant see the pattern from that angle to tell.

It doesn't really look like an 08. I think the 08 may need a different boot also.

thebullit **** has a 12mm x 1.75 thread the newer cars have a 12mm x 1.25 size Howd u get it to fit? it looks great

$45 bucks compared to almost $250 (**** and boot) for the bullit is not a bad deal.
