Billet "pony" rear view mirror?

Hey guys I have been looking around for a pony rear view mirror and can’t seem to find anything. I thought it would be something that many different companies would offer. Seeing how popular the pony emblem is. If someone knows where to get one please let me know.

If I am right which means they do not make one. What would you guys think about the idea? Would you buy one if it matched the pony on the front of most stangs from the outside and had mirror on the inside?

I sent this email to a company I know is great at making one off billet products and I am just waiting for a reply

“Hey guys. I just wanted to throw something out there to ya'll. First of all I am the Founder of Vertically Challenged and I have been in the custom car/truck scene for many years now. You guys seem to have your finger on the cutting edge of product design for the minitruckers and sport truckers in general. I have recently sold my show truck and got a 2005 Mustang GT. This being my first Mustang I have been learning a lot. One thing I have learned is Mustang people are crazy for anything "pony" related. So after see a lot of what was already on the market as far as billet accessories for Mustangs I starting looking for a billet rear view mirror. I wanted one that looked like the pony of the front of my car as well as most Mustangs. So far I am unable to find anything of the sort. I thought of you guys for doing a one off. However I thought this might be a good product to offer as a production piece so to speak. I know that a ton of Mustang owners would jump on this as long as it was priced closer to what a "non one off" piece would be. Just something I thought you guys would like to consider. I have spoken with well over 20 Mustang owners on various forums and websites and they all say the same thing, "HELL YA I WOULD BUY ONE!" Thanks for reading my thoughts and I hope to hear back from you soon."

If the price was right and they are able to match the pony exactly would you guys buy one? Or am I just wasting my time lol

I'm out.

A lot of us went with the electrochromatic Homelink/compass/temp mirrors, and after dropping $300 on a rear view mirror I'm not to eager to lose it in favor of a billet mirror.

Nice idea though.

"HELL YA I WOULD BUY ONE!" as long as the price is within reason. This sounds like a great idea, i wonder why no one has made on yet?

Huh, would have never guessed that would work. Looks painful if you grab it wrong.

I guess that begs the question... Would the Pony be running toward the left or right?

If it were me, i'd want the Pony to match with the one on the windshield. So, when you see it from the outside front of the Mustang all of the Ponys are running to the left.
