Yes, that's my plan. I have the AEM in the SOS pillar pod right now. If someone can afford it, there is no better way to go that the Nexus gauges IMO.

BTW... I got my Nexus gauges off eBay from Thunderbolt Motorsports.

You've done your homework Ron, it wasn't luck. I think the gauge install will be the easiest out of the s/c install.

I went with the Nexus gauges too: oil pressure, fuel pressure, and boost. Got them from exotictruckandauto.com. Those three gauges and the control box $800 including next day shipping.

Since I am going with the ZEX Nitrous Kit I called ZEX about the Fuel Pressure Gauge. They said I could either drill and tap the backside of the block or 'T' off to the gauge. They said there would be no problem with either method.

i think its easier to just get the motoblue adapter. it plugs in between the stock fuel rail and the Fuel pressure sensor. takes all of 2 minutes to install, if that and you dont need to drill and tap anything.

Does the MotoBlue Fuel rail adapter have 2 1/8 NPT ports in it? I'm trying to figure the best was to set up the Nitrous and Fuel Pressure. If I get the MotoBlue adapter then I have ZEX fitting I don't need. Guess I could put in on E-bay.

the motoblue adapter has the correct size port in it for the sender from the autometer nexus fuel pressure gauge. it screws right in and makes an extremely tight seal.

Dropped my Zex fuel rail adapter off this morning at a local automotive machine shop to have it drilled and tapped for a 1/8 NPT, 15.00 or 20.00 bucks. He also fills bottles so I know now where to go get the bottle filled.

I realize this is an old thread, but I was wondering if anybody knows if you can get the Motoblue adapter without the gauge? Just hoping to not have to drop another $50 bucks, 1/2 of which would be going to a gauge that I already have.

Also, has anybody installed a oil temp gauge and, if so, where did you mount the sending unit/fitting?

Thanks, and happy 2007

That place had just the block for $50; Jegs has just the block for $50 + like $12 in handling........ may as well buy from rpmoutlet for $50 and get the extra gauge. That's what I'm thinking about doing, and since it has 2 ports I may leave the gauge under the hood and still have the gauge inside too- maybe it would come in handy sometime .
