Another.. MGW update
#42
MGW is holding off on shipping me the radiator cap until the chrome a/c ***** are in. :bang:
Has anyone installed the door lock pins? I've ordered them and was wondering if I will have to take the door panel off to install them properly?

The door lock pins are actually pretty easy to install and you do not need to disassemble your door to do it. You simply remove the old pins, screw on the new pins, adjust the height to insure they're situated properly, tighten down an insert into the center of the pin with a provided allen key, and then tighten down a decorative center cap over it.

Ordered the A/C **** kit, the door pins, the radio **** and the "Pony" button. (Satin finish) I was told ALL would ship no later than Tuesday 09/07/05, possibly shipping today, 09/02/05. They were waiting on the "pony" button. I'll keep you advised.

How was your stuff shipped? UPS, USPS, FEDEX? My account was charged, so I should see the stuff showing up any day now.

USPS, but I live in FL and they are in GA - so short trip.......
I added the door locks at the last minute, and I'm glad I did. The chrome is an exact match to the seat levers I got from ssinserts.com
