So here is my problem. I want to replace the door subs in my car with some Kicker 8" subs. The subs each can handle 175 watts rms. I am going to wire them so that the amp sees a 2 ohm load. My question is which amp can I buy? When you wire the two subs together are subs able to still only handle 175watts or can they now handle 350 watts since they are wired together?
