Alright, I just got done installing a push button starter inside my car. After I got it all hooked up, I tested to make sure it works, and it does. I finished putting the car back together and now the air bag light is on. It flashes once, pauses than flashes 8 times. After a while, it just stays on constant. Now I hooked my ground wire underneath the steering wheel to the right towards the radio. There was another ground wire already on a bolt there, so I undid that bolt and added my new ground wire on top of the existing ground wire and bolted it back down. Do you think that this could be my cause? Any help into this matter would be much appreciated. The only wire harnesses I disconnected were the ones for the headlights, the dimmer, the harness that has that starter wire on it and the harnesses by the radio( info/setup button, power outlet, TCS/hazards and the ones for the A/C).

 

Try dissconnecting the battery for about 5min that might cleaar the problem. when i installed my sequential tail lights they were all screwed up they recemended i do that and it fixed the problem

 

try disconnecting batter for a few minutes and see if it resets itself when you hook backup ..Maybe?
