I have been able to trace and identify what 4 of the 5 wires in the seat wiring harness go to...what does the light green wire go to? It goes to some sensor/plug on the side of the seat, but I have no idea what it does.

I'm dropping 05 seats in my 65 Mustang and trying to make sure I don't need to do something with that wire. As far as I can tell, I only need to hook the DG wire to a 30A fused hot and the Black wire to ground.

Are you refering to the drivers or passenger power seat?

 

If it is for the driver's side, the wire is for the Seat Position Sensor feed.

 

Would like to see some pics when you get this done.
