need to do different color sticking ,would look better ,,I think , like black leather with red sticking ,etc ,blue ,grey ,yellow ,, its would give it a more custom look ,with some style ,, people like style , ,,just me rambling ,, .

I like it looks different than stock .... better than stock I don't know. Boots are just better known for manual shifters in my book.

 

The auto shifter in the '05-09 Mustangs is so cheap looking. I notice a lot of newer cars are incorporating a leather shift boot into their auto shifters to make them look nicer.

 

Well, its nice to see someone with a idea after 9 years. I`m surprised no one is making a cool replacement shifter (beside the TCI, which i really like and other than trying to keep the boot clean is ok) cause the market is out there.

So for a couple hundred or so, this would replace the messed up handle center plastic thats chipping and or the slider door thats broke.

It would have been nicer if they used the 10+ handle design for the shifter. A few guys have installed the 10+ shifters and they do look alot nicer, but a little modification as the bases are different.
