Nice job, Rob!
Can you post some pics on how it mounts to the hood? Curious how many holes you had to drill and their location.

hey guys,
the Xenon scoop doesn't require drilling. It uses 3M bonding tape. Pretty strong stuff.
As for the stripes, I have just ordered a RED stripe kit from Baltimore Street Mods, so the silver ones will soon be bye-bye. These are the 10" bumper to bumper stripes with the 1" pinstripe, as well as plain rocker panel stripes. And yes, I will be striping the scoop.
Car should look something like this.....
TacoBill, any luck finding a good stripe installer in SoCal?

You'd figure here in SoCal there would be an abundance of graphic installers.
Here's one e-mail reply I got back from Vision Graphics in Downey when inquiring if they'll install the Baltimore kit.
I tried this once before with precut distanced
straight away stripes. Not good. If the precut design compensates for the
natural curves of the car then it should be ok. What happened last install
is upon going down the contours of the rear trunk and bumper as well as
the front bumper the vinyl has to stretch to eliminate any creases and
or bubbles the stretching will change the distance of one stripe to the
other. if the guys you are buying the kit from have figured out the
formula to compensate for this - then ill confidently give it a shot. last
install honestly was also a disaster and i had to move on to more
urgent projects.
I would really like to give it a shot and make up for last install but
please find out for me beforehand if this has been covered by the kit
you were planning on using.
