Hi All,
looking for quarter window louvers. I'd like to buy them painted...just easier. Anyway, i saw these on ebay. Anyone try these out (see link)? They are ABS plastic...others seem to be urethane. Is ABS bad? Should I spend the extra 120 bucks for a good painted set of 3D carbon or street scenes louvers?

There's nothing wrong with using ABS for car parts. Urethane is more popular for bumpers, chin spoilers etc because it has more "give" if it gets hit or bumped against a curb, etc, but a lot of aftermarket parts are ABS
Window louvers are unlikely to get smacked with a curb or a car door, so I think the material would be ok.
If it were me looking at these, i'd want to see a shot from the rear before deciding.

Yeah...I'm a little suspicious that these things are so cheap. But, the feedback looks good, and the picture looks nice. Hard to know what to think. I guess I'll ask for some more photos. I was wishing someone one this site had tried these already.

I bought a set Ebay user lvhd. They are very nice and a great price. The seller kept me updated when there was a slight delay. Would definately recommend. On a side note avoid bones enterprises on ebay and westcoast performance parts on yahoo. Ripoffs.. Good luck if you buy louvers I love mine.
