Will I have to lower/raise if i get new tires/wheels?

Hi, I've never gotten aftermarket tires or wheels on a car I've owned... will I have to modify my '05 Mustang GT at all if I get 19" tires and aftermarket wheels? Also, any links to nice looking black rims would be great! Thanks!

No modifications needed if you keep the diameter of the tires the same as the stock ones... which is what most people do. Try a search. There are TONS of info on here about tire sizes.
