I know that a few guy are buying the bumper cover directly from Ford. A good source for info and purchasing is "05stangkc". Do a search and I'm sure you'll find the info.

I doubt Cervini will make the GT500 front fascia, when have they ever made an exact copy of a factory Ford bumper.

Good point. If there's any difference I can't see it. I still doubt they'd make the Shelby front as there are too many parts involved in the swap.

I'm curious;

Does the GT500 bumper cover use same headlights as the base or GT? Or are they different parts?

Actually, I like Cervini's take on KR, It's about halfway down the page.

With their version, you don't even need the bumper cover.

Yes and no,,,, the front vents are open and Cervinis has an optional ram air kit, you can see the frame lines of it on the underside of the hood photo. the extractors are set up to work but also come with a drip tray to divert water away from the engine and drop it between the engine and the wheel well. The problem is the hole for the water to come out of is about 2 square inches, that is the same area the heat is extracted from.
I plan on taking a grinder wheel and cutting a series of slots around it for the heat to release from the engine. How much heat can be extracted from four or five 1/4 by 4" slots? not much, but more than Cervinis has set up now.
I guess you could go with out the drip trays if yours in not a DD, but mine is and would like to keep the extra water from dripping on the engine.

I was interested in this hood as well, can't wait to see it on your Vista Conv. Are you going to stripe it?

I'd LOVE to see an aftermarket hood for the GT500 front bumper, that doesn't cost $800.

Also, the 2000 Cobra R bumper Cervinis makes is differant becuase it is a one piece vice the 2 piece the factory bumper was. Also they have grafted it to the F-150 and 94-98 Stangs
