I am thinking of buying an aftermarket hood. Does anyone know whose hood this is and is it functional?

 

Looks like the Cervinis '67 Shelby hood. Theirs is the only one I've seen so far that's got open scoops, and yes it can be made functional.

You better get the specs on the scoop width and check vs. your stripes layout. Nothing worse than putting the hood on, getting the stripes repainted and finding out they don't work out (you end up with stripes spilling over the edges of the scoop and looking funky).

 

looks like they used a repro 67 shelby grill too and I kinda like the blue calipers. I don't like the side exhaust though.
