I mean, is 5-114.3 the right bolt pattern? And does 38SMF mean 38 mm offset? Is that offset good/right?

What are the largest size tires that will fit on 9" wide tires without bulging over? What is the smallest size tire that will fit without looking weird?

The 38 mm offset is close enough to stock (45mm) to work and I'm pretty sure that's the right bolt pattern.
