Wheel size?
I really love the stock rims that came on my V6 Stock Tires 215/65-16. My question is what is the largest width tire that these things can handle. Would like to make them look beefy without having to go to 17's or 18's since I can't find these rims in that size.
Thanks for any suggestions.

Or, you could go 245/50/16's, but your overall diameter would be 25.64", a lot smaller. You'd want to lower it and recalibrate the speedo for sure.
Couldn't find anything in the 245/55/16 available.
I think I'd do the 235/60's, and get some 1" wheel spacers for the rear to make em look even wider.
Here's some tools to keep you busy for a while.

I wish my GT had come with your wheels in 18X9 with about a +33 offset and 255's. That would look awesome

Plugged in the 255/55R16's and those will give me a nice 10.03" width and only change my diameter .04"

At some point you'll end up being unsafe trying to put too wide of a tire on a 7" wide rim. I don't know exactly where that would be. Opinions vary, so I'd recommend checking with a pro. Some here feel that a 275 on a 8" wide rim is unsafe, and say that most tire shops won't do it, but some here have 275's on their 8" and haven't reported any problems. For liability reasons I'm sure most tire shops won't want to push the envelope, and would instead err on the side of caution. (Which probably isn't a bad idea)
