I deleted the Shaker 500 from my order for all the problems mentioned above. For the money you can buy and equivalent stereo product elsewhere.

I wish I had known before it was too late.

I found out the people that make the Shaker brand ... Electrasound, is based in Cleveland and Columbus .... so I'm close enough to give them some grief if needed.

I'm thinking some grief is definetely needed at this point. Drive on down there and give them what for's and how comes and such! They better have it fixed by the time Ford ever gets around to building my car.
