What is the name of this RVM wheel?

I would like to if the following wheels have a version with a smooth lip.
The wheels are 19 x 8.5 RVM TITUS chrome
The picture is from a previous post by y22kc
Also, does anyone know if the Panther Valera comes in 19 x 8.5?
