west coast performance parts?
anyone have any experience dealing with them. i ordered the GT grille conversion almost 2 weeks ago and have no conformation of it being shipped. Ive tried called both numbers on their site, and always get voicemails. Ive sent numerous e mails and dont get any phone calls or emails back. Im really starting to get worried. Just wondering if anyone else has order stuff from them and had a similar thing happen?
I've dealt with Charlie and Lisa at West Coast a couple of times. I think they are good folks. I had a problem installing a GT grille in my V6, and Charlie let me swap out at no charge for a "Pony Package" grille at no charge (now I like it better). Communication may not be their strong suit, but they are more than willing to go the extra mile (even offered to next day ship at no charge). I know from talking to Lisa yesterday that they took the holiday's off. Good Luck!
You might consider having West Coast Performance ship the pony package grille kit before they ship out your GT grille kit. I frankly don't see how to force it into the V6 bumper without notching the bumper skin. I broke a tab off forcing it in and thats why I switched to the pony pakage grille. Street scene makes a GT type coversion that does fit the V6 bumper skin. Good Luck either way.
