Exclamation Wedsport TC005 18x10 front and rear...PICS

Ok, for those that wanted to see if the Wedsport 18x10 fits up front - oh yeah it does! I ordered up one wheel from TireRack to do a test fit and decided to do a quick photoshop so I and those that care can see it all together.

Here's the details for those that don't know. This is an unbeatable deal right now if you care about wheel weight and like the looks (I DO). This is an 18x10 semi-forged wheel that weighs only 19lbs! So, that is about 5 to 6 lbs lighter than the tiny 17x8 bullet and I believe a full 7 to 8 lbs lighter than the also narrow 18x8.5 bullet. I have mounted on it the fantastic Kumho Ecsta MX 275 40 18. With this fat and heavier tire mounted up, the wheel and tire combo is still 3lbs lighter than my stock 17x8 bullet and tire!

Oh, the price - cheaper than the very heavy Steeda Pentar and quite a bit cheaper than the also heavy Roush 18x10 - $349 a wheel, plus $177 a tire for the Kumho.

The only thing I am debating now is - should I have them stripped and powder coated black or keep the dark gunmetal. Either way I like them alot!

Check it...

If the car was black, I'd say go ahead and powdercoat them a satin black... However since it is silver, stick with the gunmetal finish

Johnny boy! Yeah man, I'm pretty stoked on them - can't wait to order up the other three tomorrow. I also ordered a BMR rod end panhard bar today.

I love those wheels in 18x10, did you get any full front shots down the side to see how it sticks out down low? You may have convinced to add these to my list.

Will the 10" wide front tires rub when the wheel is turned fully?

No rubbing. It looked like a good couple of inches to spare.
