V6 Spinners On Bullitts Question?
How do the spinners attached on the bullitt wheel? Do they snap in like the stock Ford cap or do they need to be tightened from the inside? If they just snap in what prevents someone from stealing them? Probably a topic that has been talked about before. Sorry if so.
For the "spinners" or as I call then "knockoffs" to fit on a set of bullitt rims, you will have to remove the center cap off the wheels. Then you can just pop on the spinners. To answer your question about theft, yes, they can just come off. If you plan on adding them, and you have to park it somewhere that you just don't feel right about, just take them off, and leave them in the trunk.
This thought was with me, as I had just got my V6 demo at work, and had tickets to see the Sixers play the Kings in Philadelphia (Webber's 1st game as a Sixer). I had the car for 3 days, and the thought of parking it outside the stadium worried me, so I took off the spinners and left them in the trunk. When the game was over, popped my trunk, and put them back on. Hope this helps.
