Ok, I know this has been discussed before, but I can't find the thread and every pic I see dosn't have a clear shot. Is there a cut out like the GT has on the V6? I know the pre-productions did, but do the final ones?

 

Both the V-6 and GT have exhaust tip cut-out in the bumper. The GT bumper has a little bit different fascia all together.....but the principle is the same (except one has 1 and the other has 2 openings).

ok, thanks, I wasn't sure if that was a production model or not. So if I was to add duel, i would have to either get a GT bumper or get it cut?

 

That Windveil Blue V6 is a preproduction model.

 

my bad..... got it off the V6 section... didn't pay attention to whether or not it said preproduction or not.... I thought all the preprods were in a different section. Anyways.... there is no lip around the cut out on the v6 bumper (unless I'm wrong again) so it would look better to go with a GT bumper.

You're mostly right. There is a cut-out on the V-6 for the exhaust tip, and there are 2 of them on GT's. The main difference is that the GT' fascia's have a raised lip pattern that is basically an extension of the rocker moulding design, and extends all the way around the car. This decoratice lower fascia pattern also follows the cut-out pattern for the exhaust tips. I hope this makes as much sense reading as it did for me thinking about it.
