Torch Red owner looking for advice on Stripes!

hey all -
I'm the owner of a torch red 05 and i've decided that i want to go with some PJ Saleen sidestripes, the SS hoodstripe and rear blackout, all from BSM. However, i can't decide on the colors, so here are my choices:

1.)Matte Black stripes and blackout, eventually followed by a Matte Black spoiler

2.) Same as above, but in Gloss black (thinking it might go well with the tinted windows)

3.) Gloss white Hood and Sidestripes, Matte blackout (to complete the symmetry of the grill and v6 rocker mouldings) and leaving the spoiler red

I've seen quite a few TR's with the gloss black stripes over in the 69 and 70 style S197 threads, but the white against red looks killer on the shelby. . . and of course matte black is the classic color for a boss tribute. . .decisions, decisons

Hi, I've got a torch red '05 too.

I went with white stripes. They really stand out nicely on the torch red.

Regardless of what color you go with, you may want to add pinstripes to make your stripes a little different from most of the others out there. I added pinstripes on both the inside and outside of my stripes. See what you think!

well my first recommendations is to save some money and have it painted on. The vinyl stripes dont last at least not my satin silver. Fading badly. Paint it and have it looking super hot. I do like the white on red, but you can put a lot of colors on there. There used to be a stripe simulator on here. If anyone has the link could you post it please.
