Did someone say, white letters?

I love it like that on classics, but not sure how I'd feel about it on a latemodel car. I'm still trying to convince my mom to stop putting white-wall tires on her buick......

Here's somebody's photochop of black with white stripe and lettering. I thought was pretty cool. I'd like to see Blue on white or white on blue with lettering though.
That looks really cool. I like white letter tires and I think it would look good on an 05.

How about MS Paint?

Seriously though, I have a W Blue on order and was wondering how the white letters would look. I think they would be pretty cool with the Bullitt style rims.

Thanks. I am supposed to get delivery this weekend, and I am going to look into the lettering. I will try to post pics ASAP.

I think white lettering looks great!
The trouble is getting a real good high performance tire with the white lettering is near impossible. BFgoodrich (the only tire i will ever buy) has white lettering on thier Radial ta but not the KDWs wich is the tire i really want. The readial TA are great tires but the aggressive tread of the KDW's has me salivating

but white lettering is in my heart for sure

that car looks great with those stripes, you should make and sell them.I would love a set in red(stripe only).Maybe graphics express over here in FL. would do them if you don't want to.

I think you may be looking for this - it's made by Lockhart Phillips.

Tire Lettering Marker

It's a 'popular' thing for sportbikes to have - apparently it's simple to use.

Go here: Lockhart Phillips

and use this item #901661 (hope it works!)

So does anyone know if the BFGs on 18" wheels for the 2006 come with one side white and the other black, or both sides black?

Years ago, I saw a pic of tires that had a thin, red line around the tire. The line was much thinner than the traditional "white wall" and it really looked cool with gold centerline rims.

Yup, they were common in the 60's. They were referred to as "redline" tires, I think they'd look great on our cars.

You can get them in modern sizes here . . . http://www.widewhitewalltires.com/

or . . . .

The guy did them himself, here's a URL to his "How To" page . . . . . .
