Is the ram air functional for that price or is there an add on for that?

I would guess it is "functional," however they offer another piece that goes under the hood that directs the air to your air box.

That's the cool part....you can use the hood as is and have the "nostrils" open and dump air on top of the engine, or you can buy the cold air kit and direct the air over to the factory location.....

So far I like Cervini's the best and the fact it may work with my WMS tray...

I dont think so. I think Trufiber is making one smiliar to the DCF hood. The raise of the scoop is like the Cervinis (blue car) and the nose is like the red car. They made the nose close to the edge compare to the Cervinis nose.

i love this hood!
i guess this is the DCF hood. trufiber's should look just like this...

i think this looks closer to the KR hood than cervini's because the ram air vents are closer to the edge of the front of the hood.

Right down to the DCF on the seat covers . I'm hoping as well that the Trufiber version doesn't take any liberties with this design as this is the one I want.

im not sure...i hope by july time frame.
i'll ask phil

after looking at all the KR/'68 style hoods, it seems like this trufiber DCF looking hood is the best looking.

i agree with you that cervini looks a bit boxy....though i know cervini will be good quality and they are consistent.
