for those who removed the GT fender badges...

i bought the pony package fender badges and want to install them. when i remove my GT badges, will it have the same pin holes as the pony package badges? i dont want to remove them if the pins are different.

Don't use a screwdriver..Heat real good until your fingers are burning and use strong fishing line..have someone hold blowdryer while you do the line

I used waxed dental floss to saw through the double sided tape....worked like a charm and didn't leave a mark on the car. The thin layer of tape that remained on the car, pulled off with my fingers...didn't use a hair dryer or heat gun....took only 5 minutes or so per emblem.

I just used a heat gun on low for a few seconds. Before it cooled I slipped a fingernail under the corner and started pulling. Came off with all of the adhesive intact in one quick motion. No fuss, no muss. Of course in my case it had only been on the car for about 8 days, but I would imagine the result would be the same no matter the vintage of the badges.

Mine would not come off w/out using heat...I tried and tried and used the F bomb numerous times
