I've used nothing but Zaino on mine, great product. I don't think there's a specific application temperature, but on the site it says "cool temperatures or high humidity can lengthen the drying time of Zaino polishes".

I'd send the guys at Zaino an email and ask. They have always been quick to respond and helpful when I've contacted them with questions...and congratulations on the new Stang!
