Tail trim and Letters are on! (pics)

I added a couple 'old school' touches to my GT.

Wow, looks great. I agree on the old school.

Taillight trim from AmericanMuscle.com (Mustang Tuning)
the letters are from Mustangs Unlimited. Both are great quality parts. Trim was $65 shipped and letters were like $25.

Looks great, how did you center and space the letters?

Nice. You used about the same spacing as I did. Kept it classic

My co-workers noticed the trim and letters from 100 yds across the parking lot... On a sunny day it amazes me how much they stand out.
I ordered the chin spoiler today...hopefully it'll be here on Monday. I'm gonna mount it unpainted(but not stick the adhesive) to see how it looks. I suspect that I'll want it painted though. On the other hand, unpainted will be more Retro.

Very nice, how much space was used between the letters? Just curious. I was looking to doing that to mine as well, cheap and looks good! Can't beat that combination. Thanks for the pics.

Here are a couple more pics. Seeing the rims/trim/letters in the same shot does it more justice.

I'm planning to try the same approach, unpainted. My plan was to use the 3M dual-lock velcro instead of straight adhesive tape, I figured the spoiler might take and repair from accidental abuse better that way.
