T-Tops
does anyone know if there are aftermarket T-Tops availible for the car. i can vaguely rememebr reading on here somewhere that the roof was sorta intended ot have them, possibly as a future option for an 06 or 07.
I think you are getting confused with the Concept, Coupes Roof. It Looked like it had T Tops but Not the Production Coupe. T Tops are just too 80's, they wanted Retro.... But T Tops are not Cool Again.... Yet.
Besides they take away from Convertible Sales.
I like the Glass Topsthat Saleen Showed (Second Pic Below) at Sema, Now if Only someone would make a Glass Top that Split and Retracted Over the Rear Window, Like a Porsche Targa, that'd be Cool!

CDC is making the GlassBack roof for the 05s. It is not exactly like the concept, but its really close, and pretty sweet.
There are several threads about it, and some minimal info on CDCs site. www.classicdesignconcepts.com

Yeah Zepplin, I Used to Think The King Cobra Grafix Were Cool as HeII When I was a Kid. I grew up in the 70's when it was Cool to Have Screaming Chickens on the Hood of your Trans Am, and Cartoon Character "Road Runners" on the Wing of Your Mopar. Ahhhh The Good Old Days, when it was Cool to Be Loud and Gaudy......OMG Did I just say the Good Old Days? Doah! That confirms it! I AM OLD! Just Kidding.
Oh and One More T Top Chop!

Doesn't someone make a targa top for the SN95s? JMS, if I remember correctly. If so, try to contact them to make a kit for the new cars. Not too sure of how they would hold up with leaks and stuff though, but it certainly would be unique. I also like targa tops better than T-Tops.
the company I went to for aftermarket products does Targa Tops......check them out........

Wouldn't it get really hot in the car with that glass roof?

A couple of things that would concern me is the extra weight and any loss of structural integrity.

That's what I was thinking, living in Florida, potentially moving to South Texas, there is no way I am getting a glass roof.
I live in California...
The glass comes in two forms, smoke black, and silver. It protects the interior of the car (including the occupants). The site states: "No need for shade".
Now, what I was concerned with is the safety of the glass. So, I emailed the company, and will be posting thier responses in the Exterior section above.
I just checked the site again, and it is now blank and says "details coming soon". We shall see.
