Check this out! '84 T-top Coupe
I saw one years ago at Bentleys Salvage on 231/431 but havn't seen another until now. Here is an '84 t-top Mustang Coupe that the owner is converting to an '90 look a like . Wonder how many of these were made? kennyg
Not very many were made. I know of about 12 on another forum that I frequent. Coverting a car like that to a 87-83 is a waste because T-top notches are some of the rarest Mustangs out there. Its even more rare if it's a original V8. T-top production numbers are non-existent, but you can figure that there were less than 1000 made during the early Fox run and none were made in 87 and 88. This one was on ebay I believe. I would kill for one of these. A T-top Notch is on my list of cars that I want to own.

Here's a link to the Stang and it is a factory V-8.

I've searched for t-top production figures, but no luck so far. I've owned 4 t-top cars:
'84 GT, H/B, black, 5 speed, fast and fun driver. Sold twice, 1st guy got pulled over 3 times in a week and traded it back to me for a truck I had for sale.
'84 GT, H/B, black, 5 speed, locked up engine, had been rode hard and towed home before I got it! GI from Savannah drove all night to get it and appreciated it.
'84 Capri, H/B, white, 200 6 cyl, auto, great little runabout. Enjoyed driving it. Sold and converted it to 302 for new owner.
'84 H/B, 3.8, auto, hit hard in front. Still have the t-top roof reinforcement, trim, and tops. Body gone to Mustang Heaven.
